The Luke Box

Shortly after Luke passed, Brian and Nathan decided that they wanted to make a chest just for Luke. . . somewhere we could put Luke's things that we wanted to keep. They worked months and months on it, pouring their blood, sweat, and tears (lots of those) into it. It is finally finished. It is a beautiful chest. I wish we didn't need it.

Absolutely beautiful - you can tell that an enormous amount of love went in to building this chest! I wish you didn't need it either but I believe that you will reflect and be comforted with the precious treasures of Luke's legacy that you place inside it. Much love!

Not only do you have the beautiful chest to hold the items you cherish, you have the memory of a perfect angel. You will find comfort in the chest as you find comfort in knowing that the special person it was built for is working on "projects" where he is. Like we talked about, he is with our baby (probably little Benjamin) teaching him how to be the perfect child for me! What a beautiful thing!!!!!
